Five steps take a brick from the ground to your site.
Raw material preparation
Clay is dug, prepared and conditioned into a workable mix, ready to be shaped into bricks.
Brick moulding
The prepared clay is pressed into moulds, giving every brick its shape and size.
Drying & firing
Moulded bricks are dried and, where the product calls for it, fired in a kiln for strength and colour.
Quality inspection
Finished bricks are checked for shape, finish and soundness before they are cleared for supply.
Ready for supply
Approved bricks are stacked, counted and made ready for pick-up or delivery to your site.
